Job summary

Masonicare at Mystic - Assisted Living in Mystic, CT is seeking a CN A for the Evening Shift (24 hrs/week, weekends included). The role focuses on compassionate ADL assistance, resident comfort, and safety, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. No experience required beyond CNA certification.

This position reports to the ALSA team and supports daily living activities. Responsibilities include helping residents with daily care, meals, and mobility while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to agency

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• CNA certification is a must.
• Provide care and assistance with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility.
• Support dining activities and meal service.
• Observe changes in residents and report to ALSA Supervisor/Director.
• Maintain room checks and safety; document incidents.
• Assist with medication cueing and self-administration.
• Participate in resident-centered activity programs and document care.
• Advocate for residents and protect confidentiality.
• Maintain professional communication with staff and visitors.
• Assist with internal transportation and escort residents.
• Perform other duties as required.
