Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR Certification and AED Certification are required before working alone.
• Comfortable standing for long periods; able to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and handle inquiries.
• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Operate the Planet Fitness app and POS; input member information.
• Audit cash drawers daily and manage inventory as needed.
• Assist with member promotions and enforce policies and safety standards.
