Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MLS/CLIA-compliant field.
• ASCP MLS or equivalent certification.
• Experience in a high-complexity clinical laboratory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and specimens and perform accurate testing per SOPs.
• Operate instruments with QA checks and perform maintenance.
• Report results and correlate with patient data.
• Provide training for new staff and participate in meetings.
• Promote lean culture and process improvements.
