Qualifications

• ASCP or AMT MT/MLS certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of moderate to high complexity laboratory testing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor complex diagnostic laboratory testing to support clinical decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Interpret and verify test results and report accurately.
• Calibrate and maintain instrument performance and quality control processes.
• Train and mentor junior staff and students.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage and safety procedures.
