Qualified candidates hold a bachelor's degree in a lab field with MT-level certification (ASCP/AMT or equivalent) and at least 1 year of clinical lab experience in a fast-paced setting. Night shift available with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a clinical laboratory field with MT-level certification.
• ASCP/AMT or equivalent certification or categorical certification aligned with lab work.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform and report laboratory findings in accordance with accrediting bodies.
• Maintain quality and patient safety standards; troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Train and guide students and new staff while upholding professional standards.
