• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology with OJT or equivalent.
• ASCP MT certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow established protocols to perform tests across areas; guide lower-level staff.
• Correlate test results with patient history and condition for appropriate actions.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies in testing processes and document findings.
