A $10,000 sign-on bonus and night shift differential are offered.

The role requires an Associate's degree and MLT/MLS certification or equivalent, with preferred Bachelor's degree and 3 years of clinical lab experience.

Formación

• Associate's degree in clinical laboratory science or equivalent.
• MLT/MLS certification or completed within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree meets cert agency requirements or completion of a 50-week U.S. military medical laboratory training program.

Responsabilidades

• Perform accurate, precise, and timely laboratory tests and report results.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Mercy Service Standards.
