Mercy Hospital Jefferson – Laboratory Department in Festus, MO seeks a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist to perform and report laboratory tests with precision and speed. You will support diagnosis and patient care while upholding Mercy Service Standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include timely test performance, accurate result reporting, and maintaining exceptional customer service in interactions with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• MLT/MLS certification or degree meeting cert agency requirements, or completion of a 50-week U.S. military medical laboratory training course.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform laboratory tests accurately, precisely, and timely.
• Evaluate and report test results in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service in line with Mercy Signature Service.
