Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.
• Courier software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and dispatch calls from clients to couriers and enter information into software.
• Assign and dispatch all will calls and STATs.
• Monitor dispatch board and ensure timely deliveries.
• Add/modify scheduled stops and plan routes.
