Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and interpret lab test results and report findings.
• Process and prepare blood components for transfusions per SOP.
• Conduct antibody screening and compatibility testing with advanced equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Manage inventory and monitor expiration dates for blood products.
• Follow quality control and QA processes including proficiency testing.
• Perform HPC processing and cryopreservation per GMP SOP.
