Job summary

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and interpret laboratory test results and report findings.
- Process and prepare blood components for transfusions following SOP.
- Conduct antibody screening and compatibility testing with advanced equipment.
- Maintain equipment and supplies, troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Monitor expiration dates and manage blood product inventory.
- Adhere to quality control processes and participate in proficiency testing.
- Perform routine HPC processing/cryopreservation per GMP.
