Qualifications

• Associate degree in laboratory science and MLT certification or eligibility.
• Military experience in medical laboratory roles is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Perform and report analyses of various specimens to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Follow established procedures to obtain accurate results and manage multiple workflows.
• Handle specimens properly and confirm patient and specimen identification.
• Perform instrument maintenance, troubleshooting and quality control.
• Replenish supplies, adhere to reporting protocols, and train new staff.
• Engage in continuous learning through education and competency exams.
