Job summary

Freeman Health System in Freeman West is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to perform high-complexity tests and analyses to provide data for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease under supervision.

Requires an associate degree in Laboratory Science or MLT credential; MLS/CLS/MT certification preferred. Full-time schedule 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM with weekend and holiday rotation, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High Complexity Testing requirement: earned Associate's degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology.
• License as Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by a nationally recognized accrediting agency.
• Certified as MLS, CLS, or MT by a nationally recognized accreditation agency.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a Medical Technologist, responsible for performing laboratory tests and analysis to provide data for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
