Job summary

Texas Health Resources in Stephenville, TX is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician for night shifts (12-hour) with rotating weekends. You will work within a team to ensure specimen integrity, support laboratory operations, and maintain quality control.

New graduates are welcome. Eligible candidates must meet education requirements, complete an internship, and have strong English communication, problem solving, and computer literacy. Growth opportunities and mentorship are available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required within 3 months of hire.
• Education equivalent to an Associate degree in a laboratory science or medical technology is required (must include 60 hours or 24 semester hours in specified science courses).
• 24 semester hours of science with at least 6 hours chemistry, 6 hours biology, and 12 hours in chemistry/biology/medical lab tech.
• Internship in an approved Medical Technician training program required.
• Phlebotomy experience is highly preferred for this role.
• 2 years’ experience in a Medical Laboratory preferred.
