Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in medical technology/related field as minimum.
• Certifications MT(ASCP)/MT(AMT)/MLS/MB/H(ASCP) required upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience.
• Proficiency with Excel/Word and healthcare communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical laboratory testing per approved protocols under supervision.
• Maintains equipment and records; conducts QA activities.
• Keeps turnaround times and QA/corrective actions documented.
• Assists in training and supervision within the lab as needed.
• Complies with Wellstar policies, standards, and code of conduct.
