AdventHealth in Louisville, CO seeks a Laboratory Technician for the night shift. You will follow safety policies, perform pre-analytical and analytical tasks, maintain equipment, and support clinical staff with accurate test results.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in laboratory science required or CLIA equivalency criteria.
• Strong English communication and ability to follow procedures precisely.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Follow safety policies and PPE usage; handle hazardous materials per SOPs.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and data collection.
• Maintain lab equipment and spaces through cleaning and disinfection.
• Perform pre-analytical activities: specimen collection, inventory control, and processing.
• Conduct analytical testing and report results with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide guidance to staff and support training as needed.
