Job summary

Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians,Inc. seeks a Medical Lab Technician (MT/MLT) for the night shift in Westerville, OH. The role performs waived to highly complex testing across hematology, microbiology, molecular, chemistry, coagulation, and urinalysis, including slide preparation.

You will calibrate and QC instruments, maintain equipment, and ensure accurate reporting while following lab policies. On-site, full-time position with evening hours and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current medical terminology related to laboratory medicine.
• Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and testing for QC, calibration, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived, moderate and highly complex laboratory testing.
• Testing includes hematology, microbiology, molecular, chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis.
• Prepare slides and specimens for testing.
• Calibrate and perform quality control on instruments.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist with inventory.
• Report results accurately and follow established procedures.
