Job summary

Central Ohio Primary Care is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician for night shift in Westerville, OH. You will perform waived to highly complex laboratory testing across hematology, microbiology, molecular, chemistry, coagulation, and urinalysis, using manual methods and automated analyzers.

You will ensure accuracy, maintain instrumentation, prep slides, manage specimens, and support inventory and quality control as part of a dedicated laboratory team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current medical terminology related to laboratory medicine.
• Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and testing, quality control, calibration, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived, moderate and highly complex laboratory testing.
• Testing includes hematology, microbiology, molecular, chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis.
• Operate manual kits, fully automated analyzers and microscopy.
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
• Calibrate and perform quality control on instrumentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist with inventory.
