Job summary

Centerpoint Health - Paris is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our caring team. The role supports a full‑time schedule: Sunday through Tuesday, 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM, with every third Saturday rotated.

You will perform routine testing, maintain instruments, and participate in quality control to ensure accuracy. Qualified candidates have an associate degree in laboratory science; MLT certification via ASCP or AMT is preferred.

• Current associate's degree in laboratory science is required.
• MLT certification through ASCP or AMT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs common testing procedures and reports results accurately.
• Conducts instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Performs quality control testing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintains supplies and equipment necessary for testing.
• Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
