Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree as an MLT from an accredited institution is required for MLT roles.
• One year of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician is preferred.
• Certification as Medical Laboratory Technician or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory tests in one or more sections.
• Provide accurate and timely laboratory results to support patient care.
• Maintain equipment through scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Participate in quality improvement and assurance activities as directed.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues on laboratory procedures.
