Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for a 0-6+ month assignment in New Brighton, MN. You will assemble medical devices using specialized equipment and follow work instructions to meet production schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will work with the Manufacturing Lead to sustain 5S practices, participate in DBS/continuous improvement activities, and complete regulatory documentation as required by the Quality System.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• GMP knowledge and medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating microscopes.
• Ability to read and follow safety and work instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using specialized equipment, fixtures, and test equipment to produce/assemble/test medical devices.
• Meet daily customer demand and production schedules.
• Maintain safety and quality standards at all times.
• Participate in 5S and DBS continuous improvement activities in the work area.
• Report issues with quality, processes, equipment, materials or labor to supervisor.
