Job summary

Quality Tech Services (QTS) in Bloomington, MN is seeking an entry-level Production Operator Assembler I to perform basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, and packaging across multiple production areas. The role requires following procedures and quality standards to produce medical device components at the west Bloomington facility (55438).

2nd shift runs from 2:45pm to 1:15am. The position includes training, 5S housekeeping, and cross-training across manufacturing areas while adhering

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic math, hand–eye coordination, and dexterity.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers, or other measurement tools.
• Assemble and package components and medical devices per customer specifications.
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment used in the assembly.
• Maintain an organized, clean work area following 5S expectations.
• Crosstrain across manufacturing areas.
• Follow ISO/cGMP requirements and quality systems.
