Boston Scientific in Maple Grove, MN seeks a Medical Device Assembler I (Defined term) to join our onsite team. This 6-month assignment runs across all shifts; work hours vary by shift. You will build products by following certified processes, with emphasis on Lean practices and accurate records.

Role requires English proficiency, safety compliance, and the ability to work five days a week onsite. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not offered.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP or MES.
• Experience training others.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing.
• Ability to maintain records and training files.

Responsabilidades

• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure quality and meet manufacturing requirements.
• Build product following certified processes and achieve goals.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Rotate through shifts and work cross-functionally.
• Maintain training records and shop floor paperwork.
• Participate in continuous improvement and shared responsibility.
• Follow all policies and site procedures.
• Attend required training.
• Operate SAP modules like e-kanban, issuing and confirmations.
• Potential to become a Certified Back-Up Trainer (CBT) and train others.
