Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident responses and report adverse effects promptly to nurses.
• Maintain medication inventory and ensure proper storage and handling per regulations.
• Assist with ADLs, meals, hydration, and mobility while ensuring resident dignity and safety.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team about medications and care plans.
