• Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN).

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting care activities in accordance with professional standards to deliver quality patient care.
• Provide age-appropriate care and demonstrate knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan.
• Assess data reflective of patient status and determine patient requirements by age-specific needs.
• Develop, modify and implement a plan of care in line with standards to deliver efficient and high-quality care.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act rules and regulations.
