Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Renal Medical Surgical RN for night shift on a full-time basis. You will assess, plan, implement and document patient care for adult patients on the Med/Surg unit, ensuring safety and quality in line with hospital policies.

The role requires an ADN, an active OK or Multistate RN license, and BLS within 14 days of hire. You will join a collaborative team focused on compassionate care, learning, and delivering patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Current valid OK or Multistate RN License.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care

Responsibilities

• Accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.
• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status, interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs.
• Plan for the provision of patient care including the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care as described in the Patient Care policies and procedures.
• Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

Education

Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
