Job summary

The Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital is seeking a dedicated Night Shift, full-time Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK. You will deliver compassionate patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with the care team, and support our mission in a people-first environment.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, planning and implementing care, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for medical-surgical units.

Qualifications

• ADN or Diploma RN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN License or Compact License per OK State Board.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire/transfer.
• ACLS within 60 days of hire.
• PALS within 90 days of hire.
• Six months of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care for medical/surgical patients according to established standards.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care and outcomes.
• Serve in a resource role when oriented and as directed.
• Support the organization's vision and mission in daily practice.
• Apply knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity in care provision.
• Contribute to quality nursing care through performance improvement.
