Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System in Tulsa, OK is seeking a night shift, full-time General Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care on the Med Surg unit. You will use the nursing process to coordinate care and ensure safety and quality for a diverse patient population.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited nursing program, hold an Oklahoma RN license, and have BLS certification; ACLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• A graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Must possess a current Oklahoma License as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• One year of RN experience, preferably in the area of application.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with the health care team to ensure safety and quality.
• Support patient safety, comfort, and advocacy throughout care.
