Job summary

Novant Health is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN for a temporary, contract, full-time night assignment at Hilton Head Medical Center. The position covers a 13–26 week contract with premium pay, 7 p.m.–7 a.m. shifts, and every-other-weekend staffing based on unit needs.

Primary assignment at Hilton Head Medical Center in Hilton Head, SC. You will deliver skilled Med/Surg care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and adapt to varying unit needs while supporting patients and families

Qualifications

• Must have a current unrestricted RN license in the State of South Carolina.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and prioritize needs in Med/Surg settings.
• Recognize changes in patient conditions and respond with clinical judgment.
• Coordinate treatment with a multi-disciplinary team in urgent and emergent situations.
• Provide consistent, compassionate care and support to patients and families.
