Novant Health's Hilton Head Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night-shift role in Hilton Head, SC. You will lead and coordinate care for patients with complex needs, applying evidence-based practice and compassionate support to patients and families.

The RN will collaborate with physicians and the health care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care, while upholding policies and procedures to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• RN license in appropriate state (SC) is required or active/inactive with refresher protocol if applicable
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; 4-year/bachelors degree preferred
• One year of relevant nursing experience preferred
