Job summary

Trinity Health’s St Mary’s Health Care System in Greensboro, GA, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the MedSurg department on a 12-hour night shift. The RN will assess patients, plan and modify care, and work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care on a 25-bed unit.

Minimum qualifications include an active Georgia RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program; a refresher course within 6 months is required if not practiced in 5 years.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing.
• Successful completion of a refresher course within the past 6 months if nursing practice has not occurred within the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop, evaluate, and modify care plans.
• Interpret and perform complex patient-care procedures.
• Be a member of the Care Team and Support Team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Provide care using the nursing process, environment/technology, and healthcare team collaboration.
