Job summary

Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital seeks a Staff Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated bedside care on a 36-hour weekly night shift. The unit supports adults with complex conditions, using telemetry and safety devices, within a Magnet-designated facility.

The ideal candidate holds an/ BSN and MA RN licensure, with BLS certification preferred and strong med/surg/telemetry experience. This role offers opportunities to contribute to patient-centered care and the hospital’s community mission.

Qualifications

• BSN is required and Massachusetts RN licensure is required.
• Certification in basic Life Support for Healthcare providers preferred.
• Med/Surg/Tele experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide patient care for assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care.
• Demonstrates initiative, knowledge and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs.
• Adheres to Patient and Family Centered Care Model and collaborates with the nursing leadership.
