Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Massachusetts RN Licensure required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.
• Med/Surg/Tele experience strongly preferred.
• Adheres to all I C.A.R.E. standards.
• Evidence of analytic thinking to care for a group of patients.
• Demonstrates observational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Ability to function under stress with interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide patient care per Nursing Standards of Care.
• Collaborate with medical team including physicians and mid-level providers.
