Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a Staff Nurse for Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital 6 North, a 36-bed general medicine/telemetry unit. Night shift, 8- to 12-hour rotations, with weekend/holiday rotation.

Provides care to adults, with advanced monitoring and ARP services for addiction recovery in a Magnet-designated hospital. The role requires a BSN, MA RN licensure, and strong clinical and communication skills to support a patient-centered care model in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Massachusetts RN licensure required.
• Basic Life Support certification preferred.
• Med/surg/telemetry experience strongly preferred.
• Adheres to all I C.A.R.E. standards.
• Ability to demonstrate analytic thinking for a patient group.
• Demonstrate observational skills and the ability to set priorities.
• Ability to function under stress with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with teamwork, communication, respect and time management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide patient care for assigned patients per Nursing Standards of Care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Support Patient and Family Centered Care Model in daily practice.
