Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in a mechanical or related field.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and automated equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AMR operation and movement to ensure continuous production.
• Respond to interruptions and assist in recovery to return AMRs to service.
• Inspect AMRs and conditions to identify causes of downtime.
• Escalate issues to Maintenance, Engineering, IT, or vendors as needed.
• Document issues, actions, and downtime for continuous improvement.
