Seoyon E-Hwa Manufacturing Savannah, Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer for the night shift in Savannah, GA. The role focuses on supporting AMR systems, monitoring their operation, and troubleshooting interruptions to maintain continuous material flow and production.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with hands-on interest in automated manufacturing, robotics, and continuous improvement. Night shifts run Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:15 AM, with weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 0-1 year of engineering, manufacturing, robotics, automation, maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and automated equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on night shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AMR operation and movement to ensure continuous production.
• Respond to AMR interruptions and help restore operation.
• Inspect AMRs and surrounding areas to identify causes of downtime.
• Perform approved troubleshooting and recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, IT, Production or AMR vendor support when needed.
• Conduct routine inspections and document issues and actions.
• Support continuous improvement projects related to facility automation and efficiency.
• Follow all safety procedures during troubleshooting and recovery.
