Seoyon E-Hwa Manufacturing Savannah, Inc. is seeking a dependable Logistics Supervisor for the night shift to oversee the logistics team and delivery operations in Bloomingdale, GA.

You will supervise team members, coordinate nightly activities, and ensure safe handling and on-time shipments. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, prior supervisory experience, and familiarity with ERP/inventory systems.

Job description

Status: Full-time, Exempt
Location: Bloomingdale, GA
Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 p.m.-12:15 a.m.
Reports To: Logistics/Production Control Management

Schedule flexibility is required based on production and delivery needs. The Logistics Supervisor may be required to work additional hours, weekends, or holidays as needed to support operations.

Seoyon E-Hwa Manufacturing Savannah, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of automotive interior components. We are seeking a dependable and organized Logistics Supervisor - Night Shift to oversee daily night-shift logistics and delivery operations.

This position is responsible for supervising logistics team members and team leaders, monitoring delivery activities, and ensuring materials and finished products are handled and delivered safely, accurately, and on schedule. The Logistics Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for routine logistics issues occurring during the night shift and will elevate significant concerns to management when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics team members and team leaders during the night shift.
• Oversee daily delivery, loading, unloading, staging, and material movement activities.
• Monitor scheduled deliveries and ensure shipments are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with team leaders to maintain proper staffing and workflow throughout the shift.
• Monitor JIT and other scheduled delivery activities to help prevent production or customer delays.
• Respond to routine delivery or logistics issues and communicate significant problems to management.
• Ensure employees follow established logistics procedures, company policies, and safety requirements.
• Verify that materials and finished products are properly staged, handled, and transferred.
• Communicate with Production, Production Control, Quality, and other departments as needed regarding delivery or material concerns.
• Monitor employee attendance, work performance, and completion of assigned duties during the shift.
• Assist with training and guidance of logistics employees and team leaders.
• Maintain basic shift records, delivery information, and operational reports as required.
• Conduct shift handoff communication to ensure important issues are communicated to the appropriate management or next shift.
• Support additional logistics and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Previous logistics, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous team leader, lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Automotive manufacturing or JIT delivery experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise employees and maintain workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to identify operational issues and elevate concerns appropriately.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory, logistics, ERP, or tracking systems preferred.
• Ability to work night shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising logistics, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material-handling employees.
• Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with JIT delivery operations.
