Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing production teams in a fast-paced operation.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Preferred: Mattress, bedding, foam, or assembly manufacturing experience.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift safety activities and enforce FXI safety policies and procedures.
• Oversee nightly production to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to customer specifications and established quality standards.
• Coach, develop, and motivate assigned employees; conduct daily shift meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and increase throughput.
• Coordinate inventory, material flow, and ERP reporting; monitor staffing and allocations.
• Support audits, customer visits, and operational reviews as required.
