Job summary

dormakaba Americas is seeking a Third Shift Material Handler in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves operating equipment (forklift, WAV, TSP), stocking materials, inspecting shipments, and processing movements in SAP.

You will support internal teams and ensure accuracy of deliveries while maintaining safety and quality standards. The position offers aBase salary with a shift differential, overtime as needed, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience communicating effectively within a manufacturing environment.
• Solid Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) experience, or ability to be certified.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment including forklift, WAV, and turret stock picker (TSP).
• Maintain appropriate stocking levels without disruption to customers while partnering with other departments.
• Inspect shipments at delivery for damage and verify packing slips, invoices, and bills of lading.
• Complete material movement transactions using SAP via RF device or computer.
• Pull material parts from bins using a pick list and RF device to fill Transfer Orders.
