Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, store, pick, pack and ship goods with proper documentation. You will participate in inventories and support manufacturing with attention to detail, working 2pm–10pm, with occasional overtime.

As a team player, you will handle ERP data entry, maintain records, and operate material handling equipment while ensuring compliance with cGMP/ISO standards and carrier requirements. Prior shipping/receiving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of shipping and receiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping, receiving, material supply, and inventory control tasks.
• Pack, label and document shipments with accuracy.
• Support ERP data entry and maintain records.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
