Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a Warehouse Associate in New Hampshire. You will receive, store, pick, pack and ship goods with accurate documentation, while maintaining inventory accuracy and safe work practices.

The role requires 1-2 years shipping/receiving experience, high school education, and familiarity with ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential as you coordinate with cross-functional teams and operate standard warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED required, 1-2 years shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Inventory control and inbound/outbound shipping experience preferred.
• Oracle knowledge is helpful and basic computer skills are expected.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and operate hand trucks/pallet movers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and distribute goods with required documentation.
• Pick, pack, and ship items with attention to detail; ensure correct lot numbers and FIFO.
• Inspect items against packing lists and PO, report discrepancies or damages.
• Maintain ERP records, perform data entry and cycle counts, ensure cgMP/ISO compliance.
• Operate hand trucks/pallet movers and follow safety protocols.

Hours are 2pm - 10pm with occasional over time. C-Shift Sunday-Thursday 10:00PM-6:00AM.

Your Role

Receive and store purchased and inter-company transferred goods. Pick, pack, ship and distribute goods with required documentation to meet company needs. Pick items with emphasis on attention to detail. Receive all incoming materials stored at the correct location. Inspect and compare with packing lists, bills of lading, purchase orders, discrete jobs, variances, MRA's and/or related documentation. Report discrepancies or damage goods. Document and label materials according to procedures. Deliver accepted items of received materials. Prepares related documentation and maintains files/records as required using computer technology. Operating material handling equipment as necessary. Accurately pull products for customer orders, discrete jobs and/or related documents for shipments or assemblies noting items for FIFO, lot numbers. Manage distribution and inventory activities, including preparing shipping documents, entering and tracking data in ERP and distribution systems, maintaining accurate inventory and cycle counts, ensuring cGMP/ISO and carrier compliance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, keeping work areas organized, and supporting warehouse functions and overtime needs during peak periods.

Physical Requirements

Use and operate hand trucks and/or pallet movers. View video display terminal images. Lift, tug or pull up to fifty (50) pounds. Operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Wear PPE (gloves, safety glasses) while working in certain areas or performing certain tasks.

Who You Are

Minimum QualificationsHigh School education or GED 1-2 years' experience shipping and receiving Preferred QualificationsInventory Control experience, Inbound/Outbound shipping receiving experience highly preferred. Oracle knowledge is helpful. Looking for someone dependable with good work ethics.Basic computer skills. Excellent interpersonal skills are required. Excellent written and verbal commutation skills. Demonstrated knowledge of software relating to receiving activities desired. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated knowledge and use of hand trucks and pallet movers.

Pay Range for this position

$17.00-$27.00 per hour

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses.
