Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Material Handler for Baxter Springs, KS to load, unload, move and track raw materials and finished goods in support of the site’s business goals and objectives. Responsibilities include pulling, transporting, staging products, receiving goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding safety and quality programs.

The role requires at least one year in a warehouse or distribution center, a strong work ethic, and willingness to overtime on the 3rd shift (11pm–7am,

Responsibilities

• Pull, transport, & stage product per designated procedure for both truckload and multi-stop loads.
• Unload, stage, and receive RO Finished Goods and/or Manufactured Finished Goods.
• Unload, stage, and receive Raw Materials.
• Transfer Raw Materials, Production Supplies, and MRO Supplies to designated production area.
• Complete accurate inventory transactions for movement of all Raw Materials, Finished Goods, RO Finished Goods, and Manufactured Finished Goods.
• Collect recyclable and non-recyclable waste from production areas; dispose of waste per designated procedure.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures.
• Actively engage in safety programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
