Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Material Handler for the Mt. Vernon, OH facility to move, store, and manage materials for production and distribution. This role supports the production lines and requires careful handling of materials and documentation.

The position operates on a night shift (7:00pm–7:00am) with a 2,2,3 schedule and starts at $22.61/hour. A safe, organized warehouse environment is expected, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Overtime as required.
• Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Commitment to safety and to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished products.
• Operate forklifts and/or pallet movers.
• Support materials handling for production materials.
• Monitor lines and supply each line with materials during the shift.
• Interact with machine operators daily to anticipate needs.
• Maintain an orderly and organized warehouse.
• Develop, revise, and review documentation for materials activities.
• Weigh pallets and scrap when applicable.
• Unload/load trucks or stage trucks as directed by supervisor.
• Examine finished pallets before pickup and distribute materials.
