Job summary

Novolex in Baxter Springs, KS is seeking a Material Handler to load, unload, move and track raw materials and finished goods in a safe, organized warehouse that supports our diverse packaging operations.

The 3rd shift runs 11pm–7am Sunday through Thursday with a starting pay rate of $17.43–$21.53 per hour. Join a team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with training through our learning programs.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in warehouse or distribution center.
• Commitment to an accident-free and drug-free workplace.

• Reliable and dependable, with willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull, transport, & stage product per designated procedure for both truckload and multi-stop loads.
• Unload, stage, and receive RO Finished Goods and/or Manufactured Finished Goods.
• Unload, stage, and receive Raw Materials.
• Transfer Raw Materials, Production Supplies, and MRO Supplies to designated production area.
• Complete accurate inventory transactions for movement of all Raw Materials, Finished Goods, RO Finished Goods, and Manufactured Finished Goods.
• Collect recyclable and non-recyclable waste from production areas; dispose of waste per designated procedure.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures.
• Actively engage in safety programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed
