Novolex is seeking a Material Handler to ensure the smooth flow of materials for blown film production. The role requires loading/unloading resins and colorants, maintaining organization, and complying with safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include inspecting incoming materials, delivering to production areas, and assisting with setup. Night shifts are available; weekly pay and benefits are provided by Novolex.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Material Handler preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Understanding of blown film production materials (resins, additives, colorants).
• Physical stamina to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to count, measure, and inspect materials.

Responsabilités

• Load/unload raw materials into storage or production equipment.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and report discrepancies.
• Store and organize materials and finished products.
• Retrieve and deliver materials to production areas in a timely manner.
• Assist setup and preparation for blown film production.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excesses.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Keep work area clean and organized; dispose of packaging material properly.
• Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure material flow.
