Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 months proven forklift experience with certification in a manufacturing environment, preferably warehousing, shipping, or receiving.
• Good oral and written communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates material handling equipment, including forklifts.
• Assists with inventory management and physical inventories for packaging materials and finished goods.
• Unloads and stages raw materials from delivery trucks for production lines.
• Maintains clean, safe, and organized work area in line with 5S standards.
• Performs duties as assigned and supports dock operations and waste disposal.
