Job summary

Paycom is hiring an Entry level Forklift Operator at Interflex Merrill in Merrill, WI. This full-time role supports warehouse and production floor material handling, moving materials between the warehouse and machine centers.

You will operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, follow safety procedures including BRC guidelines, assist with counting inventory, and work with staff across departments. Must be HS graduate, 18+, able to lift 50 lbs. Training provided upon hire.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have basic computer input skills. Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and regulations, including wearing protective gear and disposing of materials as required.
• Identify, transport, pack, remove and properly dispose of material.
• Physically move material using proper equipment to move product as required.
• Interact with warehouse, shop floor and office staff.
• Participate in counting inventory as needed in the warehouse.
