Job summary

JR Metal Works LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Material Handler to support safe, efficient production. You will load/unload, stage materials, maintain inventory flow, and document shipments to ensure accuracy.

This is a progressive role with cross-training and opportunities for advancement within operations. You will operate forklifts, read fabrication drawings, and collaborate across teams to uphold safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and deliveries, inspecting goods for damage.
• Sort, label, and store materials on racks, shelves, or bins.
• Record deliveries in the company system and stage materials at machines.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to relevant staff.
• Maintain safe, organized storage areas and proper documentation.
• Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
