Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a Material Handler for the night shift at the Johnson & Johnson facility in Jacksonville, FL. This on-site role handles receiving, storing, shipping, and repackaging to meet sanitation, safety, and productivity standards.

You will perform pick and pack, light assembly, inventory counting, and cycle counts while ensuring stock rotation. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a night schedule 8:00 pm–4:30 am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to perform essential duties with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products and perform light assembly.
• Count product, verify against manifest, and check for damage or discrepancies.
• Unload/load shipments and transport to shipping locations.
• Label, sort, wrap, pack, and repack as needed.
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and maintain safety standards.
