Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Associate to join our on-site team at the Johnson & Johnson facility in Jacksonville, TX. You will handle receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping duties with emphasis on accuracy, sanitation, safety, and productivity.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, tolerate loud environments, and work 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders and light assembly.
• Count, inspect, and report shortages or damages.
• Unload/load shipments and transport orders to shipping locations.
